MC-1 is a nitrogen-based halogen-free flame retardant. It works through the nitrogen-oxygen system. The basic function of MC-1 is to decarbonize when it encounters high temperature. It has the effects of heat and oxygen. During fire, MC-1 absorbs heat and decomposes to release inert gas, dilute oxygen and flammable gas, and reduce the exposure to flame without burning.

Application: MC-1 is a halogen-free flame retardant for polyamide, especially suitable for unfilled polyamide 6, 66 and epoxy resin, low cost effect, excellent electrolytic, mechanical performance, and tinting properties make it its main advantage. MC-1 can be used in other applications such as PBT, PET, PC and unsaturated, thermosetting grease and epoxy resin if used in combination with phosphate ester.
MC-1 is packaged in 20kg/bag, which should be sealed and stored at dry room temperature.
